Does AeTec's PCB assembly have fine pitch and BGA capability? Yes, those are a couple of the technologies we use today. However, AeTec develops whatever technology its customers need.

Can AeTec provide full turnkey through final assembly and packaging? AeTec can procure materials to your BOM, assemble and test the board, mechanically assemble if necessary, package and then ship directly to you or your customer.

Can AeTec help design our PCB for more efficient manufacturing? Yes, our engineering team, using state of the art software, will assist in designing your board for optimum efficiency and quality in manufacturing.

Can you provide conformal coating? Yes, AeTec can provide conformal coating if requested.

Can AeTec do development work and prototyping? AeTec works with its customers from product development and prototyping all the way through high volume production manufacturing.

Can AeTec clean my current inventory of processing trays so that they can be reused in the cleanroom? Yes, AeTec's cleaning and handling process allows you to reuse various types of media including JEDEC trays, clips, wafflepacks, etc. Then they may be re-introduced into a cleanroom environment instead of being repurchased. This means huge cost savings as well as protecting the environment.

How do you track and maintain traceability of WIP? We utilize an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system which in the future can even be accessed by our customers to check order status.

Can you directly ship to the end customer? Yes, we can process your product and ship it directly to your customer, including overseas.

Can you accept payment electronically? Certainly, we've been doing it for years.

What does the future hold for AeTec? The contract manufacturing market is growing 25-30%per year, a trend that is expected to continue. Since its inception in January 1992, AeTec has grown more than 10-fold. Our strategy is to continue offering the broad range of services currently needed by our customers, while vertically integrating those services to encompass everything except product definition and marketing. AeTec's geographical expansion, beginning with our Costa Rica operation, will continue with the purpose of providing regional contract manufacturing capability and capacity in those locations which have an unfilled need.
