Account Manager

Responsibilities include managing various current and new customer accounts, supporting New Business Development by helping with the administrative aspects of quoting and bringing up new accounts, responding to Request for Quotations (RFQ's), including working with Purchasing and Engineering as necessary to accurately provide quotations to customers in a timely manner, responding to various customer inquiries and requests on a daily basis as necessary, following up on all quotations and current projects as well as regular communications and relationship building with our customers, and managing new products through the NPI process to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.

The ideal candidate would have a sales and customer service background, be proficient in Excel and Word (ACT! a plus), have good organizational skills, be very detail oriented and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Hand Solder Operator

Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in Class 3 electronics assembly.

This individual will be responsible to perform:

-Solder and touch-up on SMT and thru-hole components.  Must be familiar with IPC-610B quality standards and component recognition.  Class 3 soldering to heat sensitive PC parts including ceramic capacitors and other sensitive devices.

-Rework as required (remove and replace multi-legged SMD parts: IC's, PLCC's, QFP's and SOIC's, etc.)

-Construct mechanical assemblies with screws, stand-offs and other fastening devices from drawings or verbal instructions.

Candidates must have the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.  Requires knowledge of assembly process and component recognition.
